About us

Hi! We're Aly, Mckenzie, and Natalee, and we're the girls for Jesus! We met at church years ago, and have gotten to grow up together. Even though we may not have a lot in common, we can still have a blast with each other! It's very rare to see us in the same room with a straight face. One of our friendship goals is to push each other towards  Christ. We can't wait to include y'all in our walk with Christ, as friends.

About Our Ministry

Here is a little bit about our ministry:
•We are three girls from Dallas NC, who want to show you that you can have a relationship with Christ, that there is more to Christianity than rules to follow
•We want to help you surrender to the Lord and grow in your faith with Him
•We will be posting on Instagram and Facebook and Instagram!
•We will have a blog going up every other week
•We hope that we will be a blessing to everyone who reads/ listens to what we post and we hope you guys are excited to start this journey with us as much as we are:)

Natalee

Hi! My name is Natalee Mosier! I’m 15 years old, and i’m in 10th grade. I’m so excited to get started on this journey with, not only you guys, but Aly and Mckenzie as well! I’ve been saved since Iwas 7, and i’ve been fortunate to be in church for as long as I can remember. I’ve wanted to be an influencer for a while, and I’m so excited that I finally get the chance to do this! I’m so happy that you have chosen us to help you grow in the faith, while we are as well! here are some things about me: 1. I have 5 siblings, two older sisters and three younger brothers. 2. I enjoy reading, writing, singing, and acting. 3. I love Bible journaling, even though i’m not artistic. 4. I have 2 dogs, a cat, and a rabbit. I’m not perfect by any means, but I hope that we can help you grow closer to Christ!

McKenzie

Hey, Y'all!!! My name is Laura McKenzie Williams! I'm 14 and in the 8th grade. One reason why I'm beyond excited to start this ministry with my two good friends is because I know y'all won't be the only ones learning new things. Believe it or not... we don't have the answers to a lot of things. BUT we know how to get the answer! For about a year I've been trying to surrender my life to my Lord. I've been saved by His grace since I was 6 years old, but haven't fully given Him myself. I hope and pray, together, we will learn from God's word how we can do that! Here are some "interesting" things about me: 1. I have one amazing older brother, two sassy little sisters, two wild younger brothers, and two babies who took apart of my heart with them to heaven. 2. I love doing things I'm bad at like sports, cooking, and drawing. 3. I also enjoy writing, crocheting, and editing!

Aly

Hey guys, my name is Aly Barber. I am 13 years old and in 8th grade. Here are a few random facts about me:  1. My full name is Alyssa Keller Barber but everyone just calls me Aly.  2. I have been homeschooled since 4th grade and I love it!! 3. I love to ride horses and play flag football. 4. I have two mini horses, one goat, and three dogs.  5. I have one younger sister named Andi, she is 11. I have been saved ever since I was 6 years old, but even though that was 7 years ago I am still NO WHERE near being the perfect Christian girl!! That’s why I’m so excited to start this ministry with my friends because not only will we do our best to help you guys grow in your faith but also we will be growing in our faith as well!! I hope you guys enjoy learning about Christ right along side of us:)

Girls For Jesus Trailer

We get it. Everything around us seems so amusing. We personally fall for the lies all the time. The gossip that keeps our hearts pounding because we just have to share what we heard. The songs that we have put on repeat in our heads, that made it to the top because of sexual and profanity lyrics. The perfect body image so someone at school will think we’re a “baddie”. The cute guy’s chest because our eyes are all glued on it. The girl's thick thighs who also wears just the perfect crop top to compliment her tight jeans. The movie we’ve been dying to watch and refuse to turn off after the first six red flags, because what’s the point of following the rules now. The act that we have a thriving relationship with the Lord whenever we just set Him on a small shelf until we’re ready to look Christain again. Our list COULD GO ON! These things along with a list of other actions lead us off the road into feelings of hopelessness, depression, anxiety, worthlessness, etc. The world presents itself as a nice thick slice of oreo cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory whenever God seems like just a frozen bag of kale.  We know the kale will leave us feeling great, but how does anyone expect us to nibble on our kale whenever EVERYONE else is indulging in their cheesecake. Even the kids from youth group and our private schools seem to be heading over to the cheesecake factory as we speak. We’re right here with you! We are called to not be consumed by the patterns of this world, but transformed! Teens have such an awful reputation, yet God still calls us to be witnesses to anyone around us! He’s for each of us and is ready to use you and me in our teen years. 1 Timothy 4:12 shows us that God has commanded us to live for Him, even as teens. We aren’t perfect by any means and we’re going to be learning new things about God and His Word along the way. Girls for Jesus Ministries is here because we want to help teens (and whoever else wants to join us!)  live their best life for Christ, starting right now! Don’t let the name fool ya! Our mission is to not only encourage girls but also guys out there. We just happen to be girls… who are for Jesus.
